Role Overview

The Manager of Senior Case Management (Negotiations & Settlements) is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving team performance, settlement outcomes, and operational excellence within the firm’s personal injury practice. This position oversees a team of senior case managers and is accountable for meeting aggressive settlement targets, maintaining high-quality client service, and building a scalable, results-driven department.

This role is fully on-site in Miami Lakes and is designed for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment and is motivated by accountability, measurable results, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of senior case managers
  • Drive monthly settlement performance and ensure achievement of departmental KPIs and targets
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor pipeline, case progression, projections, and closing outcomes
  • Hold team members accountable to productivity, quality, and client service standards
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of case management, including client communication, negotiations, documentation, and settlements
  • Handle escalated client matters and ensure timely, professional resolution
  • Analyze performance data and generate reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Implement and maintain quality control standards through audits and process oversight
  • Identify operational gaps and drive workflow improvements and efficiencies
  • Develop internal talent, build leadership capability, and support succession planning
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies, legal standards, and internal procedures
