Bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior Case Manager (Lead) Negotiations and Settlements

The Case Manager Lead/Senior Case Manager is an important leadership role that oversees a team drives performance, case outcomes, and operational consistency within the firm’s personal injury practice. This position plays a key role in guiding productivity, maintaining high standards of client service, and contributing to the continued growth and scalability of the department.

While the role is performance-focused, it is equally centered on collaboration, coaching, and continuous improvement to ensure both team success and positive client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of senior case managers
• Support monthly settlement performance and contribute to achieving departmental KPIs and targets
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations to support team growth
• Monitor pipeline activity, case progression, projections, and outcomes to ensure steady progress
• Promote accountability to productivity, quality, and client service standards in a supportive and structured way
• Oversee the full lifecycle of case management, including client communication, negotiations, documentation, and settlements
• Address escalated client matters with professionalism and ensure timely resolution
• Review performance data and provide insights to help identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Help maintain quality control standards through audits and process oversight
• Identify operational gaps and collaborate on workflow improvements and efficiencies
• Support the development of internal talent and contribute to building future leadership within the team
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members
• Ensure adherence to firm policies, legal standards, and internal procedures
