Job Overview
- Supervise, mentor and develop a team of 8 QA Technicians across multiple shifts
- Schedule and allocate QA Resources to ensure 24/7 quality coverage
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and training sessions
- Oversee in-process and finished product inspections, sampling and testing
- Ensure adherence to GMP, SQF, HACCP, ISO and other relevant standards
- Investigate and resolve quality deviations, non-conformances and customer complaints
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date QA records, logs and reports
