Job Overview
- Drive the annual brand planning process for FIJI Water and lead effective execution of marketing plans and campaigns
- Partner with Wonderful’s in-house creative agency across mass media and owned channels, drafting creative briefs, providing clear direction, and delivering actionable feedback to ensure high-quality output
- Develop and articulate compelling brand positioning, key messages, and USPs
- Ensure consistency and alignment across all brand touchpoints and target audiences
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive executional excellence
- Analyze FIJI Water brand and premium water category performance, leveraging syndicated data and internal metrics, and track/report on KPIs to inform strategy and evaluate marketing effectiveness
- Manage the national marketing budget for FIJI Water in partnership with Finance
- Support innovation and new product initiatives as needed
