Job Overview

Provides administrative support to the Wellness and Benefits team by assisting with daily HR operations, coordination activities, and employee programs. This role supports department organization and employee wellness initiatives while gaining exposure to core HR functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Functions include but are not limited to:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to HR staff.
  • Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining employee records.
  • Create flyers, communications, and event materials.
  • Assist with coordination of employee events and activities.
  • Perform data entry and maintain tracking spreadsheets.
  • Prepare documents and materials for HR meetings and employee training.
  • Provide front-office and employee support as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of HR information.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
