Job Overview
- Provide Technical and operational support to the production, injection molding and water systems group to maintain an OEE level at or above 85%
- Flexibility to operate and maintain all production equipment including but not limited to: Fork, Blower/filler labeler, Shrink wrapper, case erectors, case packer, case sealer, palletizer, and stretch wrapper.
- Respond to and correct operational issues including elementary maintenance and adjustment
- ‘Support maintenance management process (performance boards, updates/discussions, preventive maintenance, recurrence prevention, planning scheduling)
- Escalate issues beyond elementary repair capabilities and assist reliability technicians as required to effect repairs and maintenance
- Support organizational quality compliance and environmental initiatives across the site.
