Job Overview
- Own, lead, and drive individual research initiatives (qualitative and quantitative) from project scope through deliverable.
- Must be comfortable playing a hands-on role in the quantitative (e.g., survey design and writing, creating banner and tab plans) and qualitative (e.g., screener development, recruiting) research processes.
- Provide support on research work plans, outlining the methodology to accomplish the business objective.
- Lead Brand Health Trackers that integrate primary and secondary data sources.
- Analyze and report business performance, including sales and panel data from sources such as Circana or Nielsen.
- Develop concise and actionable reports highlighting only the critical information needed to guide strategic decisions.
- Develop secondary research reports by summarizing readily available data sources to deepen clients’ market knowledge (e.g., innovation category deep-dives, competitive brand and product analyses).
- Manage projects with research vendors, responsible for establishing timelines and communications to ensure high quality research results are delivered to the team.
- Lead effective presentations and brainstorms with senior level audiences across the organization.
- Proactively develop internal client relations, acting as a thought partner for all internal clients (brands, shared services, philanthropy).
