Casual Fast-Food Supervisors - Capalaba

We are seeking CASUAL Experienced Supervisors with availability to work Monday to Sunday night shifts, afternoon shifts and weekend shifts.

The Job involves:

• Opening and closing the store
• Supervising employees including juniors
• Training and Development of all staff to achieve outstanding results
• Opening and/or closing store
• Training new employees
• Monitoring store performance and meeting KPI's
• Handling customer complaints and concerns
• Food Preparation including deep fryer/grill use
• Cash handling and register operation
• Cleaning and maintaining the store
