Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented part-time HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in daily operations. The HR Assistant will assist with recruitment, employee onboarding, record-keeping, and HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes.
Requirements
- Perform and support initiatives related to performance management and leave management, ensuring consistency and proper documentation in line with company policies.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support, including scheduling meetings and interviews, to the HR team and company leadership.
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, contracts, and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.
- Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Manage and support the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, pre-screening assessments, interviewing, scheduling, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Draft, publish, and maintain job postings across relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and proper documentation.
- Participate in HR projects and reporting activities, contributing to the development of best practices within the department.
