Senior QA

We’re seeking an experienced Senior QA Tester to lead testing efforts and ensure our products deliver a flawless user experience. You’ll design test strategies, mentor junior QA team members, and work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain product excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA planning, test design, and execution across multiple projects.
• Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks.
• Perform thorough regression, performance, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Mentor and guide QA Analysts and junior testers.
• Continuously improve QA processes and best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in software QA/testing.
• Strong knowledge of QA automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience leading QA teams or projects is a plus.
