THE ROLE:

This is an exciting time as we look to build the GAIN brand Globally. We’re looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to join us to support two of our Business Units, Creative Studio & Customer Science. This is a key role at the heart of GAIN’s marketing engine and an opportunity to work with two BU’s who are expanding. You’ll work with our Marketing Director as well as the wider Marketing team, to help put GAIN on the map. The role involves developing a best-in-class brand experience, from events to our visual identity and tone of voice to the content and digital channels that carry them.

You will need to be a strong writer with a curious and inquisitive attitude, understanding today’s digital agency landscape. You’ll have a high level of design taste, therefore being the gatekeeper of the agency reputation on social media channels and wider communication channels.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working day-to-day with the GAIN Business Unit (BU) Business Development Director / Growth lead as well as the respective CEO to develop bespoke and effective marketing plans for the BU specialism -  in-line with wider agency strategy, specialism KPI’s, budgets and resource.
  • Deliver and project manage the BU proposed marketing campaigns and activations within their plan – PR, events, partnerships, content, social, newsletters, website, PPC. Delivering considered, beautifully crafted and engaging work.
  • Closely collaborate with Central Visibility Lead and Central Brand & Content Leads to deliver best-in-class marketing for their own specialism.
  • Work with other BU’s such as Conversion, Experience and Performance, leaning on their expertise to deliver marketing plans.
  • Propose, obtain approval and track budgets their BU marketing budget.
  • Help find marketing synergies between the BU’s and others in the agency. Co-producing excellent and effective cross specialism campaigns where relevant.
  • Deliver an always-on marketing pipeline – news of work, case studies, wins, hires, awards.

Requirements

  • Lots of hustle and creative flair.
  • Proven experience in brand, content, or marketing leadership, within an agency, consultancy, or creative tech environment
  • Deep understanding of brand systems, digital marketing (SEO/PPC/social), and content production across multiple formats
  • Strong creative eye able to translate strategy into standout visual and written execution
  • Experience managing websites, content pipelines, and brand launches with a mix of in-house and external teams
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on delivery.
  • Confident communicator and collaborator, equally comfortable briefing designers, reviewing copy, or reporting results to senior leadership
  • A passion for creating content that inspires, informs, and connects
