Thuma is looking for a Barista to join our team. Reporting to the Lead Barista, this position will play a pivotal role in the seamless functioning and overall success of our new flagship store and cafe in Cherry Creek.

Key Responsibilities
- Be an extension of the Thuma retail team and create an environment where people like to spend time.
- Oversee daily cafe operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and care.
- Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
- Engage with customers, take orders, and offer product recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area and equipment.
- Uphold Thuma's commitment to ethical business practices, sustainability and 6-star customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the cafe and retail team to ensure smooth cafe /retail operations.
- Stay informed about Thuma products and promotions to assist customers effectively.
What You’ll Need
- This job requires the ability to work in-person at the Thuma Cafe in Cherry Creek.
- This job requires availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience as a Barista in a cafe or similar setting is preferred.
- Passion for coffee and dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capacity to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., using proper equipment and safety techniques.
Physical Requirements:
Anticipated start date: July 2026, subject to adjustment.
