Salary: 12.000 - 16.000 PLN on B2B | 9.900 - 13.200 gross PLN on UoP

Contract: B2B or UoP

We’re looking for a hands-on Partner Enablement Manager who can turn our product into clear, useful content that partners actually want to use. You’ll sit at the intersection of partner education, video production, and ads, owning fast ideation, testing, and execution across channels, formats, and markets. You know how to take a feature or launch and translate it into educational materials, partner-ready assets, and video content that builds confidence, trust, and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Create partner & customer enablement content (guides, playbooks, comparison sheets, partner certification program, product onboarding academy)

  • Revamp Tidio Academy + build a dedicated Partner Course

  • Contribute to and help structure onboarding, academy, and certification programs

  • Ideate, script, and produce short- and long-form UGC video ads and video guides

  • Adapt ad concepts across channels (Meta, TikTok) and markets/languages (EN, ES, others)

  • Collaborate with agencies or freelancers when needed and manage output quality

  • Support webinars and educational video initiatives end-to-end
