Salary: 9.000 - 15.000 PLN /2130 - 3500 EUR monthly under a B2B contract (self-employed) or an equivalent under a contract of employment.

About the role
We are looking for an AI Content Strategist to create SEO- and GEO-driven narratives that inform, educate, and drive business growth. Instead of focusing purely on writing, you will use AI tools, automation, and modern content workflows to research, create, optimize, and scale content that drives measurable results.
You’ll craft conversion-focused content across blogs, landing pages, case studies, and digital assets, using LLMs and AI-assisted workflows as a core part of your daily work.
You will help build and shape our content function from the ground up, becoming the first person in this role and working closely with the Head of Growth and the Outreach Specialist.

Translating complex CS/AI/software topics into clear, actionable, conversion-aware content.
Developing GEO/SEO-aligned blog posts and landing pages that address business-relevant user intent.
Creating case studies, reports, whitepapers, and digital PR pieces to build brand visibility and authority.
Following a predefined content calendar and delivering consistently.
Identifying opportunities to expand, consolidate, or re-position content based on performance data.
Auditing, updating, and improving existing content to grow traffic, leads, and subscriber conversions.
Iterating quickly based on feedback and experimenting with new approaches to improve results.
