Job Title: Junior Developer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2-3+ years in software development, particularly in 4G/5G Protocols

Education:

• B.E./B.S./B.Tech./M.S./M.E./M.Tech. in Electrical Electronics/Computer Science (related branches will be considered)
• Strong academic background with excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist in tasks ranging from systemization, design, to software development, debugging and testing of 5G features.
• Participate in SW design, implementation, and verification/integration under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feature development aligns with project goals.
• Document development processes and test outcomes comprehensively.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in languages like C, C++, or Python for software development and network implementation. 
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to identify, analyze, and solve technical challenges. 
• Ability and willingness to learn and to work in agile cross-functional teams   
• Understanding 3GPP radio access standardization concepts including algorithms, procedures, and protocols.
• Should have good understanding of 3GPP protocols like LTE and 5G NR. Should have strong understanding of end-to-end RAN system. Solid understanding of Communications Systems, knowledge of PHY/MAC layers in 4G, 5G.
• Experience in developing and testing software for 5G Layer 1/Layer 2 protocols.
• Familiarity with test methodologies, tools, and simulators at the system and node
• Basic understanding of the Linux operating system and optimizing data processing paths using DPDK and Smart Network Interface Cards.
• Proficient in using version control tools like Git, Gerrit, and Jira.
• Experience with CI/CD principles and tools, such as Jenkins and Spinnaker.
• Knowledge about agile and lean methodologies.
• Self-driven and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient in English.
