Senior SaaS Administrator - Tieto Tech Consulting (m/f/d)

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior SaaS Applications & Access Management Specialist to join the Tieto CIO Office and take ownership of a broad portfolio of global SaaS tools used across the organization.

In this role, you’ll ensure that our SaaS applications are secure, well-configured, cost-effective, and easy to use, while supporting global teams with access, integrations, and administration. This is a senior, trusted role with global responsibility and real impact on how people work every day.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and manage a global portfolio of SaaS applications in the Tietoevry CIO catalogue
• Own access and license management via Azure AD / Entra ID and Access Packages
• Onboard new SaaS tools, including SAML / SCIM integrations
• Optimize:
  • Admin and security settings
  • License policies and usage
  • Access packages and role models
• Perform ad-hoc license harvesting and cost optimization
• Support and administer tools such as:
  • Figma, Lucid, Miro, Mentimeter
  • Slack, ChatGPT
  • Docker
  • DocuSign & Adobe Sign
  • GitHub Enterprise & GitHub Copilot
  • Visual Studio
  • M365 Viva (limited scope)
  • LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Cornerstone, Pluralsight
  • Cursor (once onboarded)
• Act as a senior support point for internal teams (low volume, typically 1–2 requests/month) regarding features and access
• Collaborate with security, identity, and vendor stakeholders globally

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in SaaS administration or IT application management
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Azure AD / Entra ID
  • SAML & SCIM integrations
  • License and access management at scale
• Experience managing multiple enterprise SaaS tools simultaneously
• Ability to work independently with global responsibility
• Good understanding of security, access governance, and cost optimization
• Clear communication skills in an international environment
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Experience in a large enterprise or global IT organization
• Familiarity with GitHub Enterprise, Copilot, or developer tooling
• Experience with learning platforms (LMS) administration
• Understanding of IT service catalogs or CIO-level operations
