General Ledger Accountant

Tieto invites to join our Group Operations Record to Report Team

Responsibilities:

• Perform General Ledger and Fixed asset accounting, including preparation and posting of journals, following up compliance of records with accounting standards, group policies and checking basis of records
• Perform month end closing activities
• Support internal customers in general accounting matters, reply to queries
• Support other team members in accounting related matters, be an accounting expert and advisor when needed
• Take part in various internal development initiatives

We expect:

• University degree in finance, economics or accounting area
• Good knowledge of accounting principles. Work experience of at least 2 years in financial accounting or audit assistance.
• Good English language skills (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Highly responsible, punctual, service minded and supportive personality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team worker, good at supporting others and good at collaboration

*Monthly salary offer will be defined based up on the candidate’s professional competence compliance with job demands.
