The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Brand & Marketing Designer to own and elevate our brand’s creative presence. You’ll shape how Time Doctor shows up visually across every channel — creating high-quality, consistent, and engaging designs that bring our story to life. This is a hands-on role for a designer who loves both craft and strategy.

You’ll work closely with marketing, product marketing, and cross-functional teams to design impactful campaigns, content, and experiences that help us connect with prospects and customers.

What You’ll Do

  1. Brand Expression & Consistency

  • Own how our brand is visually represented across all marketing channels

  • Apply and evolve brand guidelines for multiple formats and platforms

  • Ensure consistency in typography, color, imagery, and design elements

2. Design Execution

  • Turn campaign briefs into polished, on-brand creative

  • Design assets for web, social, email, ads, sales enablement, and events

  • Adapt creative for different platforms, optimizing for performance

3. Marketing Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaign concepts

  • Visualize product value propositions and go-to-market launches

  • Deliver timely, high-quality assets that meet campaign goals

4. Creative Quality & Innovation

  • Bring fresh, modern design approaches that reflect current trends

  • Advocate for user-centered, data-informed creative decisions

  • Explore motion graphics and multimedia to push creative boundaries
