Your playing field
You maximise the customer experience and lifetime value of your customer portfolio.
You deliver proactive 1:1 treatment, including personalised offers via phone, email, and other channels to maintain long-term relationships.
You ensure a safe environment by following best-in-class KYC, AML, and RG practices while ensuring customers play within their limits.
You monitor, track, and analyse the financial effectiveness of campaigns through regular reporting.
You work closely with other teams to create the best possible customer experience.
You provide highquality, proactive service across the customer’s preferred channels (phone, email, chat…).
You understand customer needs, translate them into business actions, and identify new sales opportunities.
