Marketing Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract)

Reporting to the Brand Activations and Design Manager, this position is responsible for assisting with the development, execution and measurement of all day-to-day brand and return point marketing for TOMRA’s QLD & WA networks. Additionally, this position, is responsible for the supporting with the creation of online content across TOMRA Social Media channels for QLD & WA.
The main duties of this role may include:
- Assisting with the promotion of new and under-performing TOMRA return points, including marketing signage, local area activations & campaigns, local awareness and all related consumer communication.
- Supporting the Brand Activations and Design Manager with the planning, development, execution, and reporting process for all local area marketing activities.
- Create compelling copy for brochures/print marketing collateral & website content.
- The coordination of design, print and installation of site signage.
- Maintaining on-going relationships with external agencies and key external stakeholders.
- Liaising with TOMRA field & depot teams to ensure marketing compliance.
- Collaboration with stakeholders and the Marketing Director to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and approval to all material by the scheme coordinator.
- Assisting with the creation of compelling content to post on TOMRA social media channels for QLD & WA.
This position is a fixed-term (12-month) contract.
