Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Selection & Onboarding: Scout, select, and onboard suppliers for goods, services, and new parts; represent TOMRA in communications and support operational material supply.
• Commodity Management Strategy: Provide local input and ensure implementation of global strategies.
• Supplier Relationship & Performance: Act as key contact for assigned suppliers; lead negotiations, escalations, KPIs, improvement plans, and portfolio optimization (including scouting, contracts, and Approved Supplier List).
• Demand & Capacity Management: Identify leverage opportunities, manage risks, and collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production to drive cost savings and strategy alignment.
• Other: Attend trainings and business trips to maximize results.
