Student CMS Content Migration Assistant (Temporary)
Intern InternshipJob Overview
We’re re-platforming tomra.com from Sitecore to Optimizely. Over 7,000 pages will be migrated. While some may be automated, many require manual review, restructuring, or recreation. You will perform initial quality checks to ensure migrated pages meet standards for layout, links, and accessibility. The final QA sign-off will be completed by divisional marketing teams. All tasks will be coordinated with the Project Manager.
You will help move and refactor website content into Optimizely, ensuring pages meet our brand, SEO, accessibility, and data privacy standards. You’ll follow defined page templates and editorial guidelines, raise issues when you encounter blockers, and collaborate with marketing QA reviewers to resolve findings. Training and guidance will be provided, including hands-on instruction from our implementation partner (NOVA Consulting) on how to use Optimizely for this work.
