Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate customer oriented communication
Provide front line customer interface through phone/e-mail/website generating quotes, sales orders, equipment updates, transfer of technical requests to regional technical team all in a fast, efficient, effective, and customer centric manner.
Ownership of service back office administration
Administration of service work: Quotation, service/part order, trips, shipment, report and invoice in Company ERP system and follow them up.
Receive customer and internal field service communication and process these reports in the most effective and efficient manner, like service reports, expense reports, …
Align with F&A department for the service invoicing and cost control and contacting customers for the payment closing.
Support service sale and marketing
Prepare the quotation / paper work for Service product like Upgrade, Insurance, Training.
Promote Tomra service products toward customer needs.
Maintain service contracts in organized manner and ensure all of the tems to deliver are in full execution.
Coordinate with Markerting to comercialize the service marketing materials
Lead stock administration & Support import and export
Local spare stock and tools administration. Assistant for the stock level management.
Support parts export/Import, coordinate procurements to suppliers and Tomra entities in the most effective and cost efficient manner.
Additional Responsibilities
Assistant to service manager on services KPI's & performance, including customer satisfaction.
Support documentary needs for service engineers to ensure the travelling convenience, Visa, Flight, Hotel, …
