Job Overview

Main Responsibilities: 

Coordinate customer oriented communication  

  • Provide front line customer interface through phone/e-mail/website generating quotes, sales orders, equipment updates, transfer of technical requests to regional technical team all in a fast, efficient, effective, and customer centric manner.  

Ownership of service back office administration

  • Administration of service work: Quotation, service/part order, trips, shipment, report and invoice in Company ERP system and follow them up. 

  • Receive customer and internal field service communication and process these reports in the most effective and efficient manner, like service reports, expense reports, … 

  • Align with F&A department for the service invoicing and cost control and contacting customers for the payment closing.  

Support service sale and marketing 

  • Prepare the quotation / paper work for Service product like Upgrade, Insurance, Training.  

  • Promote Tomra service products toward customer needs.  

  • Maintain service contracts in organized manner and ensure all of the tems to deliver are in full execution.  

  • Coordinate with Markerting to comercialize the service marketing materials  

Lead stock administration & Support import and export   

  • Local spare stock and tools administration. Assistant for the stock level management.  

  • Support parts export/Import, coordinate procurements to suppliers and Tomra entities in the most effective and cost efficient manner.  

Additional Responsibilities 

  • Assistant to service manager on services KPI's & performance, including customer satisfaction.  

  • Support documentary needs for service engineers to ensure the travelling convenience, Visa, Flight, Hotel, …
