We are looking for a Personal Assistant & Lifestyle Manager to provide comprehensive personal support to a high-profile entrepreneur based in Cyprus, with an active international presence across Europe, the UK, and the USA.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The principal leads a demanding schedule — multiple residences, frequent international travel, and a disciplined personal routine built around conscious nutrition, ayurvedic principles, daily sport, and mindfulness practice. His lifestyle requires consistent, high-quality support across all personal domains.
This is not a conventional PA role. It is a hands-on, service-oriented position that sits at the intersection of household management, nutrition oversight, travel logistics, and personal care. The right person will bring structure, discretion, and genuine commitment to elevating the quality of someone else's life — day in, day out.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Nutrition & Food
Preparing meals or coordinating with a private chef, aligned with ayurvedic and healthy eating principles
Sourcing high-quality organic produce — building trusted local supplier relationships
Tracking calorie intake and nutritional balance
Wellbeing & Health
Coordinating with doctors and health specialists, ensuring follow-ups happen on time
Keeping track of health routines and proactively managing the principal's wellness schedule
Home & Household Staff
Managing housekeeping staff: setting standards, overseeing quality
Hiring and onboarding domestic personnel as needed
Ensuring all cleaning products and household supplies are natural and chemical-free
Wardrobe & Style
Handling clothing purchases — independently or alongside a stylist
Maintaining wardrobe standards: dry cleaning, care, and storage
Travel & Logistics
Travelling with the principal on selected trips — handling all on-the-ground logistics
Pre-arrival checks for accommodation: quality, cleanliness, standards
Packing, coordinating trainers, appointments, and schedules
Personal Finance & Errands
Managing personal household expenses and payments
Handling gifts and personal purchases
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-haves
3+ years of experience in personal assistance, lifestyle management, private household, or luxury hospitality supporting UHNW / HNWI individuals or private families.
Valid Schengen, UK and US visas
Driver's licence
Fluent English
Willingness to relocate to Cyprus
Comfortable with an unpredictable schedule and regular international travel
Strong advantages
Background in ayurveda, holistic nutrition, or wellness
Experience managing household staff
Understanding of organic and conscious living standards
