Senior Sales Manager – Medical Devices & Digital Solutions (Optometry & Ophthalmology)

As part of our continued growth, we’re seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead revenue expansion across Southwest England and South and West Wales, driving innovation and impact across the optometry and ophthalmology sectors.

What You’ll Do

In this senior, strategic role, you’ll take full ownership of your region’s commercial success.

• Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow market share and exceed revenue targets.
• Manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and consultative engagement to negotiation and closing.
• Build and nurture long-term partnerships with clinicians, practice owners, and key decision-makers.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution-based presentations that align Topcon’s technology with customer needs.
• Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ensure post-sale success.
• Stay ahead of market trends, NHS developments, and competitor activity to shape strategic decisions.
