Job Overview

Our client, a Global Healthcare and Crop Science Innovation company is looking to hire a Super Demo Attendant (Demo Performance Tracking and Reporting). The Super Demo Attendant (Demo Performance Tracking and Reporting) will be fully accountable for tracking performance of all the demos across the assigned country, aggregation of all demo data points as per the demo protocols in liaison with the demo attendants and respective customer agronomist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the CSA and CS and knowledge transfer lead SSA in summarizing pre and post data implementation of agronomic excellence data and digital tools platforms for crop systems agronomist, customer facing squads and farmers in target countries in SAC.
  • Collect output metrics of demos to arrive at effectiveness of the demos to generate new value for Dekalb varieties.
  • Be the central point of contact for raw data collection and collation.
  • Track trial and demo data collection processes, working closely with crop systems agronomist, customer agronomist and CX team to ensure data accuracy.
  • Monitor data generation from demo’s, to ensure adherence to best agronomic practices, demo objective and collection of quality data.
  • Support the demo attendants on best practices for data capture/ collection, data interpretation and analysis.
  • Develop and track all data generated from demo plots and value proposition trials through reports, in close collaboration with customer agronomist and demo attendants.
  • Keep up to date with the latest data collection tools to improve the efficiency and data collection and quality of demo data.
  • Manage data using internal database systems and prepare summaries to meet agronomic and business reporting needs.
  • Act as a major point/ focal point for raw demo data, cleaning and consolidation within the CFS boots on value team (demo attendants) sales and agronomy excellence team.
  • Support the agronomy team in deployment for data capture platforms (Velocity/FTS/ CTA), and tool digitalization deployment projects across Kenya under agronomy excellence.
  • Plan and execute process optimization projects on data management.
  • Plan and execute process optimization projects on data management and data application tools and usage workflows within agronomy excellence

Requirements

  • Must have a BSc degree in Agriculture/Life Sciences or related discipline with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in agricultural research and IT.
  • Superior understanding of data and statistics in maize crop or relevant crops for the country
  • Should be able to integrate and incorporate new products into agronomic systems.
  • Should be able to implement research protocols to meet business needs.
  • Collect and analyze data. Draws inferences from analysis
  • Experience with data collection and data analytics tools.
  • Good communication skills and working in cross function teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to function effectively without direct supervision, ability to work effectively with a team
