We are Looking for an experienced SAP APO AMS Specialist / Lead to handle end-to-end production support, incident management, and minor enhancements across SAP APO modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- L2/L3 support for SAP APO in an AMS environment
- Incident, problem, change, and service request management
- APO job monitoring, CIF integration, and issue resolution
- Root cause analysis and SLA adherence
- Coordination with business, basis, and technical teams
Skills Required:
- Hands-on SAP APO support experience
- APO modules: DP / SNP / PP-DS / GATP (any)
- Strong AMS & ITIL process knowledge
- APO integration with ECC / S/4HANA
