We are looking for a Solution Architect – Digital Marketing to design and deliver scalable, integrated marketing technology solutions across global markets. This role bridges marketing strategy, technology execution, and enterprise architecture to enable omnichannel customer engagement and improve marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end digital marketing solutions (Marketing Automation, CDP, CMS, Analytics)
- Architect and integrate platforms such as Adobe Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud
- Define integration patterns with CRM, ERP, data platforms, and analytics tools
- Lead technical implementation, APIs, data integrations, and workflow automation
- Partner with marketing, IT, data, and security teams on solution design
- Drive data governance, attribution models, and privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA)
- Lead POCs, vendor evaluations, and continuous optimization initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in marketing technology architecture
- Strong hands-on experience with Marketo / Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Eloqua
- Expertise in API integrations, REST/SOAP, and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica)
- Knowledge of CDP, analytics, personalization, and tag management tools
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing processes and customer journeys
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, or related field
- Platform or cloud certifications (Adobe, Salesforce, AWS/Azure) preferred
