    • Eligibility Rules, Lookup Tables & Business Rules
    • UAT, SIT & End-to-End Testing
    • Integration with Employee Central
    • Stakeholder Management & Requirement Gathering

Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay modules
    • Manage end-to-end compensation cycles including merit, bonus, and salary planning
    • Design and maintain compensation templates, worksheets, and statements
    • Configure eligibility rules, budget allocation, and approval workflows
    • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to gather requirements
    • Perform UAT/SIT testing and support defect resolution
    • Ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and smooth integration with Employee Central
    • Provide post-go-live support and continuous enhancements
