Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities across multiple workstreams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Assist in creating project charters, scope documents, and defining clear objectives and deliverables.
- Manage project components including resources, timelines, risks, and change requests using structured processes.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and cost expectations.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and drive them independently with accountability.
- Follow established standards and policies while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Align project activities with business goals and organizational priorities.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to enhance collaboration and project outcomes.
- Identify and analyze project risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Resolve routine project challenges using standard methodologies and team collaboration.
- Contribute to problem-solving discussions to address complex project scenarios.
- Use project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps) to track milestones, dependencies, and progress.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs and resolve blockers.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams.
- Support vendor coordination, communication, and contract tracking.
- Assist in resolving team conflicts and clarifying roles and responsibilities.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and coordination
- Knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps/ADO)
- Basic understanding of resource planning, risk management, and change management
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of business processes and ability to align projects with organizational goals
