We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong ITSM experience to work on enhancement and customization of existing ITSM modules such as Incident, Major Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management. The role involves improving current workflows, automating processes, and supporting IT service operations in an FMCG enterprise environment.
We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong ITSM experience to work on enhancement and customization of existing ITSM modules such as Incident, Major Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management. The role involves improving current workflows, automating processes, and supporting IT service operations in an FMCG enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customize ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
  •  Build and modify Service Catalog items and automation workflows. 
  • Work on integration with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs. 
  • Improve IT service delivery processes for business and IT teams.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and SLA tracking in ServiceNow. 
  • Collaborate with IT operations, infrastructure, and business teams to understand requirements.
  • Participate in ITSM process improvements and automation initiatives. 
  • Provide support for production issues and system enhancements.
