The candidate will work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and support the implementation of Salesforce solutions, especially partner, distributor, and customer portals.

The candidate will work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and support the implementation of Salesforce solutions, especially partner, distributor, and customer portals.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work with technical teams to implement solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
- Support development of partner portals, distributor portals, and customer communities.
- Conduct UAT testing and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Create documentation such as BRD, process flows, and user guides.
- Support reporting and dashboards for business teams.
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Experience Cloud (Community Cloud).
- Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Strong skills in requirement gathering and stakeholder communication.
- Understanding of FMCG processes such as distributor management, sales operations, or retail channels.
- Good to Have Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems like SAP. Salesforce certifications are an added advantage.
