The Chief of Staff – Technical will partner closely with senior leadership to drive execution, coordination, and strategic initiatives for Global VO Application Management. The role requires strong technical fundamentals, exceptional communication, and structured problem-solving abilities to operate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic and execution partner to leadership for Global VO application initiatives
- Support end-to-end application management including performance, stability, and enhancements
- Translate business goals into actionable technical and operational plans
- Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, and external stakeholders
- Track priorities, milestones, and deliverables across global teams
- Analyze incidents, metrics, and risks; drive root-cause analysis and resolution
- Prepare executive-level updates, dashboards, and presentations
