Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic and execution partner to leadership for Global VO application initiatives
  • Support end-to-end application management including performance, stability, and enhancements
  • Translate business goals into actionable technical and operational plans
  • Coordinate across engineering, product, operations, and external stakeholders
  • Track priorities, milestones, and deliverables across global teams
  • Analyze incidents, metrics, and risks; drive root-cause analysis and resolution
  • Prepare executive-level updates, dashboards, and presentations
