Salesforce-BA-Manufacturing Cloud

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Manufacturing Cloud solutio
• Configure and manage Account-Based Forecasting & Sales Agreements
• Drive end-to-end solution ownership from design to go-live
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance & IT teams
• Manage UAT, stakeholder communication, and release planning
• Support ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle) and data governance
• Define dashboards, KPIs, and forecasting reports

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in CRM / Salesforce
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud
• Strong understanding of sales forecasting & revenue planning
• Experience in Manufacturing / FMCG domain preferred
• Salesforce certification is a plus.
