This role will be within the Dealertrack Canada team, the country’s leading automotive financing portal, processing over 6.5 million credit applications annually.
We are seeking an experienced Director of Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations to lead our product launch initiatives. This pivotal role will be responsible for orchestrating the entire product launch lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution, ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration and optimal market entry for our products.

You'll be at the forefront of market-defining product innovations, working alongside an exceptional team who consistently delivers results. Responsibilities:
-Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches
-Create and manage detailed product launch roadmaps, timelines, and critical path elements
-Ensure cross-functional alignment across key stakeholder groups
-Define launch budget and commercial model, including pricing
-Partner cross-functionally to develop positioning, messaging, and value propositions
-Design and implement effective sales enablement, training, and targets/incentives
-Identify target customer groups and build sales and marketing campaigns
-Develop metrics to measure GTM launch effectiveness and provide data-driven insights
-Own operational onboarding and offboarding processes
-Identify and mitigate launch risks through proactive planning and contingency development
-Continuously refine and improve GTM launch capabilities based on learnings and best practices
 
Qualifications:
-10-15 years’ experience in product launches, go-to-market strategy, or related operational roles
-Proven track record of successfully bringing new products to market in complex environments
-Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making approach
-Experience in framing complex problems and driving practical solutions
-Exceptional communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
-Self-motivated with a bias for action and results orientation
-Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus

Preferred Experience:
-Experience in B2B SaaS or technology companies
-Experience in management consulting or strategy, or operations roles
-Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams
-Automotive industry knowledge and experience an asset, but not required

Work Environment:
-Hybrid role (2 days in office, remainder remote)
-High-visibility position with significant senior leadership exposure
-Reports directly to VP of Revenue Operations
