We are looking for a Customer Experience Semi-senior Analyst to maximize customer satisfaction with the product and the experience for its obtention. Analyze multi-source customer feedback, own and monitor key KPIs, identify patterns and root causes to anticipate negative or positive trends.. By partnering with Operations and Product Development, the Customer and Product Experience Analyst guides product performance decisions, improves processes across the apparel lifecycle, and addresses pain points detected from data analysis.
