The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey?   

We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Sales Systems Manager to lead the architecture and optimisation of our GTM systems. You will be hands-on in architecting and optimising our revenue systems during this critical hyper-growth phase. This hands-on role requires someone who can design and drive scalable systems to enable our GTM teams to grow 

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to ensure our tools and systems are tightly aligned, well maintained, and delivering meaningful impact across the funnel. As part of these efforts, you will also experiment with AI-powered tools to improve workflows and insights, unlocking new ways to scale outreach, automate insights, and boost performance. 

Responsibilities 

  • Own day-to-day administration, optimisation, and integration of our GTM tech stack, with a core focus on HubSpot and complementary tools (e.g., Clay, Sales Navigator, telephony, enrichment, quoting). 

  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to translate business needs into scalable, efficient system workflows 

  • Collaborate on GTM data governance efforts, identifying and resolving data integrity issues to ensure reliable reporting 

  • Lead the rollout of new tools and enhancements, owning documentation, testing, and change management 

  • Help evaluate, implement, and maintain integrated systems within the GTM stack to drive efficiency and insight across revenue teams 

  • Troubleshoot system issues, diagnose root causes, and implement fixes to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation 

  • Support onboarding and ongoing enablement of GTM teams on tools and systems best practices
