B2B Sales Support Specialist - Portuguese
Job Overview

Responsibilities:
- Reach out to small and medium businesses in Spain and Portugal by phone and email;
- Contact inactive or low-activity customers to encourage regular purchases;
- Find chances to sell more products or services to existing customers;
- Meet or beat monthly sales targets and goals;
- Work with sales and customer teams to handle orders and transfer accounts smoothly;
- Share customer feedback to help improve products and sales;
- Answer customer questions quickly and provide great service;
- Help customers or pass their issues to the right team when needed;
- Follow data privacy and security rules when handling customer information.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or managing outbound accounts, preferably in B2B environments;
- Native or fluent speaker of Portuguese, with proficient business-level English skills;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office products;
- Strong attention to details;
- Proven track record of reaching previous sales targets.
