About the Role
As a Buying Professional, you will act as the bridge between Trendyol’s commercial targets and the dynamic needs of our customers — translating market trends into high-performing collections and driving product success from concept to customer. You will play a key role in maximizing profitability and growth by leveraging data-driven insights, building strategic supplier relationships, and managing end-to-end product lifecycles.

As a Buying Professional, you will act as the bridge between Trendyol’s commercial targets and the dynamic needs of our customers — translating market trends into high-performing collections and driving product success from concept to customer. You will play a key role in maximizing profitability and growth by leveraging data-driven insights, building strategic supplier relationships, and managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
Responsibilities
- Understanding the customers' and markets' dynamic demands,
- Tracking the sales and stock reports regularly, creating action plans accordingly,
- To track the domestic and international sector improvements and trends closely,
- Developing the collection according to customer's expectations,
- Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and searching for new resources for new products,
- Coordination of all processes of the product from the design phase to the production and sales,
- Taking necessary actions to achieve the targets by using budget management.
Expected Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Textile Engineering, Engineering, Economics, Management,
- Having a passion for fashion textile products,
- Prior experience in textile or production companies is a plus,
- Comfortable with the big picture as well as small details, with a sense of analytical thinking,
- Detail-orientation, and eagerness to learn,
- Excellent communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders- Numbers are key, but business can only be built with people,
- Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Turkish.
- This position includes specialist/senior specialist titles/roles.
