We are seeking a highly resilient, strategically minded, and hands-on Infrastructure & Field Operations Manager to lead our Field Operations Team. In this role, you will oversee all physical infrastructure deployments, structured cabling, rack installations, hardware maintenance, and field operations across all our data centers, supply chain networks, and offices.

We are seeking a highly resilient, strategically minded, and hands-on Infrastructure & Field Operations Manager to lead our Field Operations Team. In this role, you will oversee all physical infrastructure deployments, structured cabling, rack installations, hardware maintenance, and field operations across all our data centers, supply chain networks, and offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and optimize the daily operations of the field technician and infrastructure team, ensuring high-performance execution under tight e-commerce deadlines.
- Data Center Physical Management: Oversee physical operations across multiple enterprise-grade data centers, including capacity planning, asset management, racking/stacking, and structured cabling (fiber/copper).
- Distributed Field Operations: Manage physical infrastructure setups, expansions, and site-relocation projects for a widespread network of nationwide logistics centers and corporate offices.
- Vendor & Project Management: Coordinate third-party contractors, suppliers, and internet service providers (ISPs). Manage budgets, procurement, and timelines for nationwide infrastructure deployment projects.
- Standards & SLA Compliance: Define, implement, and maintain standardization documentation for cabling, labeling, and hardware deployments. Ensure strict adherence to uptime SLAs and occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations.
- Logistics & Inventory: Oversee the inventory management of critical infrastructure spare parts, deployment tools, and cabling equipment to prevent operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in Data Center physical infrastructure, field operations, or telecom infrastructure, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Scale Familiarity: Proven track record of managing multi-site data center environments and highly distributed physical locations (e.g., Logistics, Retail, Supply Chain, or Hub structures).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of structured cabling standards (Cat6A, Fiber Optic OM3/OM4/Singlemode), cable management, rack layouts, cooling, and power distribution units (PDUs).
- E-commerce Mindset: Strong understanding of the fast-paced, 24/7 nature of e-commerce operations. Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and remote operations simultaneously.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional project management, communication, and agile resource allocation skills. Ability to lead a lean team efficiently across wide geographies.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to nationwide logistics hubs and data center locations when required.
- Language: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) to collaborate with international vendors and internal stakeholders.
