About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving payment growth, strategy, and marketing initiatives across Trendyol’s international and domestic markets. You will work closely with banks, card schemes, payment partners, and internal stakeholders to develop commercial opportunities, optimize payment performance, and execute strategic campaigns that support customer growth and business objectives.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving payment growth, strategy, and marketing initiatives across Trendyol’s international and domestic markets. You will work closely with banks, card schemes, payment partners, and internal stakeholders to develop commercial opportunities, optimize payment performance, and execute strategic campaigns that support customer growth and business objectives.

Your Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze all payment-related funnels, identifying user drop-off points to develop recommendations for improving conversion rates.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across issuers and regions, identifying emerging trends and risks early to drive resolution processes with relevant teams.
- Utilize PSP portals and analytics tools actively, conducting detailed funnel and cost analyses to resolve systemic inconsistencies.
- Support the tracking of payment cost targets and monthly forecasts, ensuring Business Development teams and relevant stakeholders are promptly updated on budget deviations.
- Monitor daily payment expenditures, contributing to the automation of cost-tracking mechanisms and identifying cost-saving initiatives without compromising customer experience.
- Contribute to the annual payment marketing plan, ensuring promotional campaigns are executed effectively in line with local market dynamics and regional needs.
- Coordinate operational synchronization and feasibility studies with central campaign (CPO) and category teams to align payment initiatives with the master calendar.
- Participate in quarterly discussions with global card schemes and banks, supporting negotiation processes to finalize campaign agreements in line with strategic goals.
- Coordinate contract signing and creative asset handover processes end-to-end, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, and MarCom teams for seamless campaign launches.
- Analyze the performance of active marketing campaigns and regional partnerships, providing data-driven optimization suggestions to consistently achieve established targets.
Qualities We're Looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Management, Business, Economics and other quantitative studies.
- 3–5 years of experience in payments, financial services, financial strategy, management consulting, business development, or related fields. Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, commercial structures, and the financial performance management.
- Strong data literacy with experience in tracking conversion funnels, monitoring KPIs, and using analytics tools or PSP portals to drive insights.
- Team player with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Comfort with managing numbers, tracking daily costs, assisting with monthly forecasts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, from campaign planning and operational execution to contract follow-ups and creative asset delivery.
- Good business acumen & curiosity, including skill in understanding the business, competition, and growth opportunities.
