Tripalink is seeking reliable, professional Janitorial Staff to maintain cleanliness and safety at our residential communities. The role ensures common areas and facilities are clean, welcoming, and well-kept to support excellent resident experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize common areas, lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and shared spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash
- Restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues
- Perform scheduled and deep cleaning as assigned
- Communicate with property management on site conditions
- Perform unit turn cleanings between resident move-outs and move-ins to ensure units meet Tripalink cleanliness standards
- Provide in-unit housekeeping for shared living areas, including kitchens, living rooms, and balconies
- Clean and maintain property trash rooms and waste disposal areas to ensure proper sanitation and organization
- Support ongoing cleaning of common areas across the property, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment
Qualifications:
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to lift/stand as needed
- Reliable transportation to property sites
