  • Maintain project and sprint plans, schedules, and execution timelines.

  • Analyze delivery and operational data to generate actionable insights and recommend improvements.

  • Standardize process documentation, governance practices, and reporting frameworks.

  • Track KPIs and progress, providing clear, concise updates to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Use JIRA, eazyBI, and related tools for visibility, tracking, and reporting.

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships and manage dependencies, risks, and change.

  • Partner with leadership to refine processes and delivery models.

  • Apply AI tools to enhance planning, reporting, and decision-making.

  • Experience with GPT or similar technologies is a strong plus for automation and reporting.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in JIRA, eazyBI, and other PMO-related tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to define, monitor, and report on KPIs and operational metrics.

  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with AI tools and practices applied to project management is highly desirable.
