Your Role

 

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to drive growth marketing! The Demand Generation Manager plays a pivotal role in owning SEO, paid media, and marketing automation to attract and convert leads. You'll get to experiment with campaigns, analyze data to optimize performance, and collaborate with sales to fuel the pipeline. From running A/B tests and fine-tuning ad strategies to crafting high-impact SEO initiatives, you'll have the freedom to test, learn, and scale what works. This role reports to the Senior Marketing Director and works within the Marketing Centre of Excellence (COE).

What you’ll be doing

Core Responsibilities

  • Create, oversee, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple channels to achieve company-aligned OKRs.

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance campaign performance, improve ROI/ROAS, and accelerate customer acquisition.

  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, preparing actionable reports to guide decision-making and communicate results.

  • Lead website optimization efforts, ensuring improved conversion rates and an enhanced user experience.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to drive traffic growth and lead conversions.

Marketing Technology & Automation

  • Support the maintenance and optimization of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems to track leads and measure performance.

  • Assist in managing and optimizing lead nurture workflows and segmentation strategies.

Collaboration & Alignment

  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation goals and handoff processes.

  • Work closely within Marketing COE to distribute SEO-optimized assets that drive traffic and conversions.

Industry & Best Practices

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

  • Ensure all campaigns and initiatives align with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and promoting virtual and live events to drive lead acquisition and engagement.
