ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Internal IT Specialist, you will be the core technical resource responsible for delivering a smooth, secure, and user-friendly experience for all employees. This involves providing excellent hands-on support, ensuring the reliable operation of our essential corporate applications, and managing our endpoint systems. You will collaborate closely with other teams to manage identity, access, and SaaS platforms. This role has a strong emphasis on proactive support, security best practices, and efficient administration of our key tools.
This role will be based primarily on-site at our Lisbon office. However, occasional business travel to other European offices is required to support infrastructure, meet with local teams, and maintain a high standard of service across the company. Offices you may visit include Stockholm, Paris, and London.

What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive, hands-on, on-site IT office and end-user support for hardware, meeting room systems, and local connectivity
- Manage the entire employee IT lifecycle, including provisioning/de-provisioning accounts, assigning/reclaiming hardware, ensuring secure processes, and hosting the IT portion of the new starter onboarding sessions
- Manage and administer our core identity and access management (IAM) system, Okta, including user lifecycle management, application integrations, and policy enforcement
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot our Mac endpoint management solutions, ensuring all employee devices are secure, compliant, and up-to-date
- Be a key administrator for our collaboration and productivity platforms: Google Workspace, our primary instant messaging platform, and Atlassian (Jira, Confluence)
- Maintain and support other corporate applications such as our file storage, e-signature, and design/creative tools, ensuring seamless access and integration for users
- Monitor and troubleshoot basic network health using our network management platform for tasks such as Wi-Fi stability, port status, and client monitoring
- Develop and implement automation for application deployment, user provisioning/de-provisioning, and security auditing to enhance operational efficiency
- Oversee licensing and security training tools and manage specialized software like virtualization or professional desktop toolsCreate and maintain clear documentation for IT processes, administration procedures, and user-facing guides
Who you are
- 3+ years of professional experience in an Internal IT Support or Corporate IT Specialist role with a focus on end-user experience and SaaS management
- Proven expertise in administering Okta (or a similar IDP) and a Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) or Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform
- Strong technical knowledge of the Google Workspace administration ecosystem
- Deep understanding of macOS and iOS system administration, troubleshooting, and security best practices
- Service mindset, communicative, organized, and ambitious individual who is used to working independently and proactively on technical challenges
- A growth mindset and curiosity define you - you are passionate about diving into new technologies and constantly improving systems and processes
- Experience with a network management platform for basic network health checks and troubleshooting (e.g., WiFi, port status, client monitoring)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
