Position: Site Inspector

Summary: We are looking for an inspector who can station at the Client Office who coordinate, schedule and conduct all required owner technical and system inspections for tenancy fit outs (including general retail, F&B, and special retail projects) and A&A modification works as assigned.

Job Description

• Provide all administrative, technical, and professional services to perform all operations / necessary or required tasks, including the provision and supervision of all technical personnel and any equipment, material, supplies, and transportation deemed necessary and required to complete the Services.
• Submit tenancy fit outs & A&A modification work inspection reports
• Submit executive summary to the Client as per the defined schedule and instructions, including but not limited to the following tests and inspections:

1. HVAC Pressure Test
2. CHW Pipe Cleaning & Chemical Treatment
3. Waterproofing Area Preparation & Condition
4. Ceiling Closure Inspection
5. Waterproofing Application Thickness and Flood Test
6. Plumbing Pipe Pressure Test
7. Magnetic Particle Test - Welding Test
8. Pull-out Test
9. EL DB Test Record Sheet
10. EL Circuit Insulation Test
11. Drainage Pipe Water Leakage Test
12. Steel Structure Fire Proofing Pull-Out Test
13. Steel Structure Fire Proofing Thickness Test & Density Test
14. Safety inspection, with all Photo Records and etc.
