Job Overview
- Establish and enforce the client’s BIM standards and requirements, ensuring all stakeholders align with a unified digital delivery strategy that supports long-term operational goals.
- Direct BIM governance and compliance by conducting audits and reviews, guaranteeing consultants and contractors produce accurate, high-quality, and contract-compliant models.
- Administer the Common Data Environment (CDE) on behalf of the client, maintaining secure information exchange, robust version control, and timely approvals across all disciplines.
- Lead coordination among diverse design and delivery teams, ensuring federated models are seamlessly integrated and potential clashes or design issues are identified.
- Align BIM processes with broader client objectives, including digital twin integration, cost and schedule reliability, and readiness for facilities management and operations.
- Deliver strategic reporting and digital insights, transforming BIM data into dashboards, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations that inform programme-level decision-making.
