Job Overview
- Contribute to HR projects and system transitions (e.g., Workday), ensuring timely execution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Prepare employment letters, register new hires medical insurance, and update internal HR systems.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personal files (P-files).
- Support background checks and visa applications for new hires.
- Handle HR-related billing and reporting across Asian countries.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations across the Asia region, including probation tracking, contract renewals, job changes, terminations, and more.
- Work closely with business leaders as a strategic partner on HR matters.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing support for individual HR process needs.
- Prepare monthly payroll instruction files with supporting documents, in compliance with local legislation.
- Drive initiatives to standardize HR processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Reviewing and updating HR policies to align with global standards and local regulations.
- Support organizational change initiatives, including communication and training related to HR systems and processes.
