  1. Discovery and understanding 

  1. Client adoption strategy and strategic project setup 

  1. Project and programme BIM execution planning 

  1. BIM implementation, information management and supply chain management 

  1. BIM compliance checking and data verification 

Job summary  

Due to growth and ongoing delivery success with our clients, Turner & Townsend's Digital division  requires a BIM Manager with strong data analysis and visualization skills to join the team in Finland near Muhos

The role is varied, and requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, experience engaging with project stakeholders, and the ability to work independently. A systematic approach to work is a must, as well as experience in BIM requirements development, implementation, execution, BIM model validation and data verification. Strong data analysis and data visualisation skills are also a must, as rotation across BIM and data analysis projects is expected.  

Key Responsibilities

The candidate’s responsibilities will span across multiple project stages, including:   

  • Discovery, understanding and BIM requirements development (OIRs, AIRs, EIRs, PIRs).  

  • BIM implementation strategy and project setup.  

  • Project and programme BIM execution.  

  • BIM information management and supply chain management.  

  • BIM compliance checking and data verification.
