Project Manager - Logistics/ Construction Projects

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with deep expertise in the construction and management of large-scale logistics warehouses. This role requires a strong technical background, advanced project management skills, and the ability to lead complex projects from concept to delivery.
End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management
- Oversee projects from initial concept through tenant handover and operational start-up.
- Manage all phases:
- Pre-Marketing & Design: Develop preliminary layouts and provide technical support during sales/contracting.
- Execution & Permits: Lead execution planning, obtain building permits, and manage regulatory documentation.
- Construction: Supervise works, ensure milestones and deadlines are met, and manage contractor selection.
- Post-Construction: Support tenant onboarding and operational readiness.
Technical Expertise & Facility Optimization
- Design and calculate mechanical and MEP installations (HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage) in compliance with regulations.
- Optimize systems for technical and economic efficiency, delivering value-added solutions.
- Maintain strict cost control and budget compliance throughout the project.
Digital Methodologies & Certifications
- Apply and supervise BIM methodology (REVIT, AutoCAD, BIM 360) for project execution.
- Implement sustainability and quality standards, including LEED and FM criteria.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with clients, design teams, external engineers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and promote innovative practices.
